Nigeria is really a wonderful country. Normally, in a sane country, keyword here being "sane", you would think long and hard before doing something like this. The only people who would are entertainers like mayweather because it brings in publicity for his matches. That is changing though because of the 50cent saga. When a country has a zero tax policy and corruption is rife, things like this happen. Come and try that shiit in the west and see if the IRS won't audit the shiit outta you.
