I was coming from Ib and saw people watching from top of the bridge and taking pictures. I took some too. They said the river suddenly dried up.
The amazing fact here is that, the other side of the bridge is still flowing.
What is responsible for this strange ...... I rest my case #Smh

Not smart to go anywhere near that thing.
If it suddenly disappears , it is also capable of suddenly reappearing with anger.
