Riot in rufus giwa polytechnic owo(RUGIPO)
The early hours of today was feel with much up roar from the student on the killing of a student by a kill and run police officer leaving the victims (the okada man and the passenger) in so much agony. This attitude lead to riot which was later fueled by the nonchallant attitude of the police officers. The stupid attitude of the police further led to the killing of 3 students leaving scores injured..the school rector also receive his own share from th so called police officer.
