good morning all, please I need help on my PC, I forgot the password because I stopped using the password after I put the picture password,i gave someone that laptop nd she mistakenly reverted it to the password and I couldn't remember it nw, I formatted d laptop and tried installing new windows but it wouldn't install, someone I consulted said the hard drive is locked, pls what do I do next.

. It possible may be dhardisk as spoil u AV to replace d harddisk
