Mark Okoye II, flanked by his wife, was moments ago sworn in as the Honourable Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget Development at the Executive Council Chamber of Anambra State. With this, Mark becomes the youngest commissioner in Nigeria. Mark is one of the numerous youth who make up over 55% of the political appointments made by the Willingly Working Willie.
