Attendance Management – Using the Crystalhills attendance machine, as soon as students enter the school premises, they clock in and once they are leaving the premises, they clock out. This report could also be used for the school attendance report and could also be sent as a report to the parents

Payroll - The payroll package manages administrative duties involved in staff payroll. This comprises of computing staff salaries and other benefits. This package allows for the removal and addition of staff, automated benefit and salary computing, control contract staff payment and much more.

iMessenger – This software enables the school to notify parents of the performance of their children/wards. This development saves parents from making trips to the school and saves them the time. Not only will the parents be notified of the student’s performance but the financial history of their ward would be sent. This enables them to keep track of the money spent.
