Please what is this garantor form and where is it gotten from? My brother has got an appointment for submision of documents at german embassy in Nigeria, but garantor form is lacking from what is needed. where should sombody get it, this is a matter of urgency because appointment date is just at the corner, will appreciate your comments

A garantor form or vepflictung eklarung is to say that the person inviting you has the means of catering for you when you come to Germany and the person has enough space to accomodate you as well.

so it means the person who is inviting someone should provide it

Yep , The person who is invinting your brother has to go, to the nearest foreign office of the state he lives in to apply for this paper with his last three months pay slip and how much he his paying as house rent. their then the officer in charge will make the decision if the person earns enough and has the space to accomodate a visitor. that dosen't mean that the person the form is being sent to, will automatically get a visa but it shows that all required things is garanted from the invitee and if by abradacabra your brother disappears the person who invited him when caught will be in for it.
