Invest it in agriculture.
Reasons
1) you don't depend on PHCN. In agric, you depend on PHCN less(to a negligible extent)
2) the wheather is more stable than PHCN
3) Agric produce is critical to survival. Even with all the 'hardship', everybody must eat and therefore you are a key part of the economy and remain relevant till the end.
4) Value Added Products. In your spare time you could utilize the by-products of agric to bo
ost or come up with new products. Examples are animal waste as manure, plant waste as biofuel.
In any thing you do, remember the all-irresponsible PHCN. Even rain the comes and goes is more stable than them.
