If someone makes a complaint about someone/something especially where money is concerned, why are these threads hidden?
How then do you protect other people from falling victim?

A thread was opened less than 24 hours ago and all trace of it has totally disappeared. Yes it was resolved, The question however is that if this person hadn't shouted out, would the refund have been made so quickly and if at all?

No one is above mistakes (lets just assume it was a mistake) but if you keep on hiding these mistakes you are not doing the public or this person any favours,

Madam Dominique & RoyalRoy another thread has been hidden from view and I will like to understand why this happens time after time.

If people are not straight forward and they try to play fast ones on unsuspecting forumites and they are caught, why is it that when they beg the mods/admin to can the threads they get their request granted?

If not for Ifyalways can you imagine how many people would have been scammed by now?

I am referring to mrdrix who opened another moniker called ILife on the family section, religion section & health section and posted different bank details to solicit money from people from his previous one that he had already used to obtain money from someone else but made no mention of that until Ifyalways smoked him out.

In the meantime Have you considered banning all begging threads and asking people to go through TEHN
That may be the way forward cos these people are springing up almost everyday

I suggest that the threads are left alone so that people can see them and learn not to just give their hard earned money without proper investigation.

. You're right sir and that what actually infuriates me in their pathetic case. You're begging for money and you are insulting those whom you expect to give you the money you are asking for. A beggar has no choice, but Nairaland beggars will be acting as if it's their rights. That was how one of them was politely insulting madam Ifyalways for telling him the truth. It's just a pity, these idiots are blocking ways for those honest souls who actually need the money for a good cause.
