Few days after twitter announced the acquisition of Magic Pony Technology, Twitter again took to its blog again to announce an update to its video platform which will allow users to upload videos longer the previous 30 seconds length.

The 140 seconds long videos are meant for all users but some selected publishers will continue to be able to post videos up to 10 minutes long through Twitter's professional publisher tools.
