the best is to dialogue now, give them amnesty part2, collect their weapons and declare massive search parade to get unreturned weapons. Den invest in our navy and airforce to forestall future occurrences like this. The next stage is actually to withdraw licences from this people who own oil wells and transfer dem to the FG, this will prevent future disturbances.
