Some days back (22 june), I came here to write my ordeal and the Anger I felt about what happened to me at Fidelity Bank plc Agbani Road Enugu state.

I never knew the power of social media till this morning.

I have taken the topic down already, but I will give a little insight about the whole scenario.

I came to do transaction in the bank but things did work as I planned so I got angry and labelled the bank scanners.

the truth is that it wasn't their fault at all and I should as a customer should take 80% of the blame because I had no chill that day.

Fidelity Bank actually sent regional operations manager to actually explain to me the whole stuff.

I must confess, the way I was treated this morning , I was feeling like Tinubu + Obj same time, small thing my Head for burst.

I want to officially thank them for having their customers at HEART & am sorry for my initial outburst....

THANK YOU FIDELITY BANK....

Honestly @poster above, I was shocked same happy too. my respect for the bank just tripled
