it affects my psychology big time now.
exams around the corner and I can't concentrate.

You need a specialist assessment and subsequent treatment, it can be taken care of depending on the cause.

I advise you go to a teaching hospital where you will be referred to see a gynaecologist and I think your problem will be solved.

Meanwhile don't mind all those dropping their numbers, don't go for any native/herbal medication they will only worsen your condition and even create more wahala for you.

the funny aspect is that my doctor is a well recognized and famous gynea who works in a teaching hospital.

Stop seeing him in his private clinic, go to Lagos University Teaching Hospital as I had earlier advised

There you will have the opportunity if seeing different Specialist Gynecologists who will put heads together so that your problem is solved. By God's grace you'll be OK

Yea you may have a point there, ....the barrage of tests, the different appointments, the long waitings and all that; all these of course make going to the teaching hospitals boring to say the truth.

But come to think of it this way, a teaching hospital is supposed to be a place where complex and complicated cases are handled, which requires making the right diagnosis before treatment, and these may take sometime (except in emergencies where immediate resuscitation is the norm), hence calls for patience.

Cases like uncomplicated malaria are ideally meant for primary health centres and smaller clinics but the THs find themselves treating headaches, malaria etc, and here cases are prioritized (triaged) and do you know the implication, most of the patients will then feel they are being neglected, na na na, it's not like that.

I don't doubt the fact that there are staff with unruly behaviours in our THs, but you know the saying when a finger touches oil it soils the rest.

Our people should also learn to visit nearby clinics with minor ailments instead of thronging the THs.

Lastly, haven sought for help in other places, I"m sure you'll agree with me that the OP needs a visit to UNTH. Cheers!!!!
