Let me drop an advice on the supposed ban on cash deposit.

If you ask me, I will say allow anyone advertise anything cash deposit. But let the sellers know that he/she must take 1001% responsibility till 5yrs for the funds. And he or she should as well inform the buyer who is sending funds to him at least the persons name.

Banning it in total might still hurt the innocent ones who trade that and don't involve in anyhow funds.

Taking responsibility for 5 years like okwaifugo suggested isn’t going to work.

Even the ones dealing legitimately would sometime encounter petty issues but let me just suggest this, The seller should be able to drop the name of the depositor, The depositor should take a picture holding a paper and valid ID saying he/she is depositing to the sellers account number, amount and date and there will be no charge backs etc better still it can be done in a 30 seconds video whichever one they agree on.
