Must everything be about GEJ and PMB.

And for the records, the mess in the banking sector started with Soludo era, pre-2010 and Jonathan regime. Sanusi inherited an already sick banking sector when he became the CBN governor in 2009.

And the guy soludo replaced would say the same thing. That he also inherited a sick banking system. To solve a problem, you need to understand the genesis. The genesis of Nigeria's problem is untraceable.

You really know when the recession has no light at the end of the tunnel, when banks completely cease to offer credit. The freezing of the banks is what the government must avoid at all costs. There is no reason and no excuse for this. They can reverse TSA for a fixed period called 'stimulus' and compel them to repay with interest when the cycle is over.

That is not the problem. The problem is the thought process. Nigerians are one of the hardest working people in the world. Problem is, they are hard at work doing the wrong things and thinking in the wrong manner.

And after GEJ kicked him out, you made him your Emir. What reform has he really brought to you people Apart from kidnapping and impregnating little children.

SMEs can not get loans when the big boys have borrowed and used Federal Govt to buy the loan at a loss to the banks through AMCON.

They borrow money for business and go to USA TO buy properties. The amazing thing is that instead of the brain dead youths to see what is morally wrong with that action and the timing, the argument was "Is that a mansion ?"

Yet their idea died because of lack of funds yet they are the ones screaming 'Tyrant'

You support people who kill the economy , who borrowed from the bank and refuse to pay until banks sack workers to be able to survive.

Yet they scream LEAVE CORRUPTION and face ECONOMY.

As if they are under spell.

The banking sector was ruined the day Buhari implemented the TSA policies.

Banks all over the world give loans to big business and when these businesses fail to return funds, they are closed in on, that has been happening in Nigeria and will always happen. The current lock down in the economy is purely a creation of Gen Diktator. There is simply no funds

CBN has increased the MPR over 3 times in the last 1 year, and the aim of that is to reduce cash flow. You all kept quiet cos as usual Zombies never follow stories that don't start with corruption or GEJ or IPOD

This government needs to go to school. Those who have eyes are doing the needful while you are drooling over the delusions of utopia you feel Buhari has for you

The mess in the banking sector predated Soludo's era. Soludo stepped in an did a lot of restructuring and clean up, Sanusi also stepped in and did his part of the cleanup but up till date, the mess is even still monumental.

and if Soludo didn't recapitalise those banks to the tune of 25billion, you think Sanusi would have any bank left for his so called sanitizing?
what Sanusi did was a "storm in tea cup"
he Created unnecessary panick in the industry.. and ended up damaging confidence in the system, for example the share holder of those banks where more than capable of injecting enough capital to spur the banks, and if he didn't have ulterior motive which to victimize some interest and groups, that would have been the ideal things to do.
