Both jamb and the universities aren't serious.

That's why there is a fixed cut point for each university. These people have failed to realise that our education system has improved since the introduction of pume.No doubt,post ume has its own flaws but It's the surest bet because It's through it the brainy are seperated from the dullard.When jamb was allocating 40marks to some persons ,where was the minister?
