• Minimum qualification HND
• Minimum 5years post NYSC experience working in a building construction firm
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

SITE ARCHITECT: To produce architectural working drawing and supervise construction on site.
• Minimum qualification H.N.D
• Minimum 5 years post NYSC experience working as an Architect.
• Verifiable evidence of onsite work experience a plus
• Excellent AutoCAD skill.
• Ability to produce 3D Drawing is a plus.

PROCUREMENT OFFICER: To source and produce building materials for the site.
• Min. qualification HND
• Minimum 3 years post NYSC experience.
• Excellent use of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be highly resourceful
• Must have worked in the construction industry.

ACCOUNT:
To keep records of financial transaction on site
• Minimum qualification HND Accounting
• Minimum 5 years post NYSC experience
• Excellent use of Microsoft word, excel and necessary Account Software.
• Verifiable work history.
