Nigerians please help me out. Is there no revenue allocation coming from FG and IGR again? even if its small, does it mean state gov`t can`t accumulate like two to three IGR and FG allocation to pay one month instead of almost 70％ of states owing more than 8months. people are hungry and they even have the gods to remove fuel subsidy this time that there is no money in the circulation. |
