Job Title: Ticketing Officer

Location: Lagos


Duties

Issue tickets and monitor all requests
Working to strict deadlines and achieving targets as outlined by the Managing director.
Provide responsive services to clients ensuring that all queries, complaints, problems and transactional requests are attended to quickly and efficiently.
Problem solving, planning and decision making.
Providing help and advice to our customers on our products and services.

Requirements

Must have at least two years working experience as a ticketing officer.
Must have good knowledge of the use of Amadeus.
Must be able to work without supervision
Must have been trained in an aviation institute with certification.
