The Ugandan president Yoweri Musoveni appointed his wife as the new sports minister of Uganda. In her maiden speech, the new minister said that Ugandan football is dying and that it is not necessarily a Ugandan problem but rather it is an African problem, as no African country was able to qualify for the Euro 2016 competition going on in France. I couldn't stop laughing. What concerns Africa with euro 2016? Appointing somebody to a position she is a novice African politics na wa o. |
