July 5th and 6th,
2016 have been
declared public
Holidays by the
Federal
Government to
mark Eid-el Fitri
Celebrations.


This
announcement
was made by the
minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman
Dambazau (retd.) through the Permanent
Secretary, Bassey Akpanyung in a statement
today in Abuja.



He urged all faithful Muslims to extend the
spiritual benefits of Ramadan, which are love,
peace and justice to their daily living and through
this contribute to the development of the nation.


He wished Nigerians a peaceful celebration and
urged them to support President Muhammadu
Buhari’s determination to bequeath to the nation
an enduring political legacy.
