What type of smoke? And was your engine recently worjed upon

Just normal smoke,but not much I also notice some dust and oil mixed together on the engine.may be that is the cause,am thinking of washing the engine.
The car is working perfectly .

You have a leak some where. And this leak causes you to loose engine oil there by touching hot parts of the engine causing the smoke. Ask your mechanic to inspect oil leaks or if you are in lagos visit multi autolab. 08165520837 or 08156087872

Engine displacements 3.3Ltrs stopped at 1999/2000. Displacement 3.5Ltr begins from 2001-2004. However, it maybe valve seal or something related.

And yes,3.3 or 3.5 oh,oil is dropping on the exhaust manifold hence the smoke the OP sees

Back to the topic, I will recommend the following for the op:
1) Go for valve seal check, Nissan 3.5L engine are peculiar with this problem. Have your valve seal gasket.
2) Check the steering fluid hoses too u never can tell.
3) When you are done with the valve resealing, I will recommend you change your oil grade to Nissan 20W-50 SL, recommended oil for our weather conditions (see attached). It is a Japanese made oil as your engine is too.
