Before i proceed note that Dell venue 7 is of two types wifi and the other is wifi + Lte

Requirements

PC
Sd card of 1GB or higher
Disable antivirus software before intalling softwares
Winrar or winzip you can search for it on google




Download and install the following tools

IntelAndroidDrvsetup
:https://software.intel.com/en-us/android/articles/intel-usb-driver-for-android-devices

iSOCusb-Driverb setup-1.0..zip
xFSTK_downloader_1.5.1.zip download all this file except IntelAndroidDrvsetup because its a corrupt file

extract the firmware and Open Flash Tool ìxFSTK-Downloaderî, and set configuration for each s dection then Select the second ìMRD AO/BO + MOOR AO + CRCî tab as the following

Tap option from the upper menu from download option tick enable and set GP Flag to 0x80000007 then click ok see image below

Select Firmware files as the following from SW Image directory: FW DnX= dnx_fwr_PRQ.bin IFWI= for_product_ifwi_PRQ.bin OS DnX= dnx_osr_PRQ.bin OS Image= droidboot.img.POS.bin

Power off the tablet device (long press power key for more than 15 seconds, Click Begin Download in Flash Tool, it will display waiting time is 60 seconds then long press the volume up button and then plug in the cable



When flash process started, then release the volume up button wait till firmware flash is done, Flash Tool will show Success: FW+OS Download Completed see image bellow

After flashing firmware, the tablet device will switch to fastboot mode automatically as seen in the image below
