Please... soldiers are paid to go to battle. stop making it look like they are doing anybody any favour. They were not forced to enroll, they willingly did and they are paid for their services just like anyone with any other job. Infact there is a saying in the military before they go to war they are told that "you are paid to DIE" every job has its Hazards. There are Engineers who climb high asl into the sky to do gas welding (if you have any idea what it is) but they don't bore Nigerians about the dangers of falling and dying instantly or eventually contact cancer or any debilitating illness as a result of what they come in contact with. The Nigerian police has the constitutional power to arrest any military man that breaks the law. If he were smoking his weed in the barracks where they are supposed to be confined to, no one will disturb him if his superiors/commandant/military authority feels cool about it. Any military man that comes from war and has issues with his mind can visit a shrink. They make provisions for that for them. Smoking weed has never cured any ones of a fuc*ked mind. I guess you didn't read where they said he oppresses people in the area too right when ever he comes to smoke weed huh?
