Assuming the Generator uses petrol.... let see what the cost look like.

#4000 Naira fuel for 3 days.. assuming Generator is ON from 6:30pm to 10:00pm that 4.5hrs and from 5:00AM to 6:30AM ....... summing all this together will give 5hrs usage daily.... using it for 3days will equal 3*5hrs + 15hrs now cost of fuel divided by hrs of usage 4000/15hrs = 266.

comparing the two fuel we have #147 per hour on gas and 266 per hour on petrol...... you too can calculate the amount saved for using Gas to POWER YOUR Generator.
