Hot water bath

Hot water soothes well against joint and general aches but i Prefer to "Jerk to life" with a cold bath always, esp after late nights!

OP hw sure r u abt hot water making u sleep better, cos wen I was in school I only use hot water wen I want to wake too early, so I don't think dt is true.
