I paid in some money into bet9ja's fcmb account since on Monday so they can fund my account. But uptil now they haven't funded my account. I wasted N200 airtime on tuesday trying to speak with their customer care agent but they never responded then I decided to send them a mail. They responded that they've received d payment details but uptil dis moment my account is still not funded. Pls is there any way I can recover my money?

they will credit yu since yu reach them and they acknowledge ur msg... try and send them an email too... they will reply yu,,trust me they will,,,it mite take time tho...but they will definitely credit yu.. |

I have had this problem 2 times and I went to their office for the the correction,since then I have been using ATM to fund my account via quick teller and its just very convenient and reliable, no story! just that the charge is #100 + 1.5% of your deposit. if you deposit let say #2000 , you will be charged 100 +(1.5%*2000) = #130 |

Please somebody should help me with how to contact bet9ja. I funded my account with 5000 (five thousand naira only) yesterday 02/02/2017 through firstbank ATM but up till this moment, bet9ja have not funded my account. I can't even place any bet now cos my account balance is zero naira. Help me ASAP! |

Igjeneral: Bet9ja has finally credited my account. I learnt they had technical challenges last week. |
