This just happened at Otto Wharf. According various reports, the guy was hit by a speeding vehicle and he lay lifeless by the road.

Another source said he fell from a moving vehicle. But according to a reliable information, the driver involved has been apprehended at Cocoanut bus stop.

The body of the victim seemed lifeless as people watched. Meanwhile, the police and some Road Safety officials came around and the body was put in the police van.

Nobody could confirm if he had in him as blood was gushing from his nose, mouth and ears.
