We understand that certain food crops (Rice) are typically on high demand in Nigeria and West Africa, due to poor farm structure and infastructure in the sector consumers are barely satisfied, leaving the sector to rely on bulky importation of low quality rice. Gazeco Food Spurt is developing 100-1000 hectares of land to setup a modern farm with modern technology to cultivate and produce rice, thus investors are welcome to invest in the seed round of this project. Details as follows:

1. Seed round investors to invest a minimum of 10% of the required seed capital.

2. We are raising #20m-#240m in 10-24 months to reach profitability level.

3. The pre money valuation is #42m-#450 in the low end valuation (early stage).

4. ROI is 30%-50% in 2years.

We give loans to businesses in the Trading, farming, health, food and drinks and service industry in Lagos and Osun State. You can also refer friends and families residing in these areas who need loans to expand their registered business to us.

We approve Loan Facilities within the range of N500,000- N10,000, 000. Repayment of Principal and Interest is spread on a monthly basis for other businesses and quarterly basis (every 3 months) for schools. The loan is also renewable depending on how well you perform in your monthly repayment.
