SWIMMING POOLS CONSTRUCTION

The pictures of the swimming pools are those constructed for the High brow commercial hotel in Asokoro, residential building of Governor Ibikunle Amosu in Abeokuta, Chief Obi house @ Lekki Phase 1, residential houses @ Festac town and Eputu in Ibeju-Lekki LG of Lagos, Obasanjo Presidential Libarary in Abeokuta and former Director of the Directorate of the Military Intelligence (DMI) in Maitama Abuja.

FEATURES
Some pools are constructed with stainless hand rails height not exceeding 1m, marbles and other solid materials for beautification.

STRUCTURAL DETAILS:
**Pools having land with water logs are constructed by firstly mounting piles columns or pillars and pile caps in all the corners to avoid displacement of the pool while being settled down. (prices are different with types of foundation used).

Sizes are: Hotel: 10m by 4m by 2m (maximum depth) by 0.9m (shallow). Presidential Pool: 20m x 12m x 2m ( maximum depth ). Residential: 8m x 4m x 2m ( maximum depth) with shallow depth not exceeding 0.9m (for children).

COST OF BUILDING.
Cost of building depends on sizes, geo-technical soil bearing capacity which determines the type of foundation to use in case of water logs in swamp filled lands underground in area like Lekki, Ibeju Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Banana Island, Ajah e.t.c. And solid materials to add for beautification.
