When Zacheaus, the fraudulent Tax-collector, was converted, he confessed to Jesus that he was ready to restore double whatever he might have defrauded anyone.
Fayose should come out clean. If he's stolen our commonwealth or enriched himself as against the oath of office he took, he should restore.
