Lol, when u don't understand something do a little research. My galaxy s6 charger can output 9v- 1.65A when connected to compatible quick charge enabled phone. Htc one m8 is quick charge 2.0 enabled, so a quick charge 2.0 charger of 12v will work with it and charge the phone rapidly.

What u need is a quick charge 2.0 charger since htc one m8 supports quick charge. U can check jumia.

Note: if u use the charger for a non quick charge enabled phone it will throttle down to normal 5v-2A, but plug a quick charge enabled phone it will switch to 12v-1.25A.
