Just got one Pentium2, when its booting, it shows windows xp, meaning the operating system is windows xp right? But i plugged my flash, it didn't work. Was displaying something like install high speed USB driver.
Thats problem one.
If its xp, isn't the theme supposed to be blue? Its brown, old and antique style.
Can i upgrade the RAM? And use a DVD drive? Would really appreciate help men.

Do you think the windows xp installation process wasn't complete? Cos i really like that blue theme.

U shouldnt 4 any reason hv gotten a P2 it's very out dated and if it's showing "install usb driver" that means the drivers are not installed you have to install it from a cd(if ur system came with one or you go download it)

i'm at a site, softpedia. i can download the drivers or softwares to a mem card and install right?

Hmmn, u dont need 2 download any usb driver 4 flash drives or plug n play usb devices. D problem is dt d xp on dt system is either service pack 1 or d install is bad. Try a fresh install of xp sp2.

Someone gave it to me. Even if i know just a little about computers, i'm not that 'uninformed'. Would not even buy a P3 laptop. P4 or M.

Would rather buy an exotic symbian phone wiv GPS and HSDPA than some P2 system.

Now the monitor is screwed. Its Showing but its very whitish and blurred, dunno how my kid sis plugged it.

1st of all, the USB driver problem indicates the absence of the driver needed for a USB stick (flash etc) to work with your system. Solution is either to re-install XP2 or download d driver, if u knw d name, and install it.

P2 de select driver a lot sha. I would not advice u to upgrade it cos it will amount to waste of precious time and money. Just use am as u see am and get another one when you are set.
