[size=13pt]I dont know if it is just me or something is wrong with the Fidelity Banking Core update that was carried out in December 2015 and 1st week of July 2016 by the Bank that say they care. Since February 2016 I have not had access or able to change password on my internet platform. Hopefully someone may see this thread and profer a solution, cause visits to the branch, email *edited*[/size]

I think this happen when new applications or software are being deployed. Let's give them time.
