The problem isnt adding it but teaching it. Who is gonna teach it?
We have people who teach at ccHub, Andela etc who can deliver. All it takes is a conscious govt policy to drive it. A lot of Nigerians work with Google, Fb, Tesla, Microsoft who can assist if they are called upon to do so.

You could get the Grasshopper app. It's run by Google and it teaches Javascript.

Hi Blank,

It's been 4 years now. Any luck? Has your son started coding yet?

Hi @Blank, it is a good thing that you've noticed these analytical and problem solving skills of your child. Truly, he/she is amazing, therefore (s)he deserves the best.

I am a father of 3 kids, two boys, one girl, and my kids are currently enrolled in the NextGen Online Coding Program by The Bulb Africa.

Their coding program provides beginners knowledge in Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Scratch, game development and Graphics Design.

Created for children between the ages of 7 and 17, the program provides a personalized and gamified learning experience using a tailored syllabus for young learners that allows them to learn what they need at their own pace in a fun manner.

Classes are taught by seasoned facilitators that genuinely care about each child's well being. Lemme share the link to their website here https://nextgen.africa/
