I have been hunting for online jobs for web and app development to me it seems there no good sites for freelancing has a Nigerian developer ... I think it is high time the Nigerian developers creates a standard goto site for software, hardware , web development. and if there is any site that does it well already pls give me the URL.

Hmm, not a bad idea at all. Nairaland programmers are beginning to fancy sharing actual workable ideas. It's not like before when the section was filed with so many code requests and "I want to start programming" questions.
This idea is very workable, but would require some partnership across business circles.
Is it possible to achieve that?

Well, there are many developers of Nigerian origin on websites like fiverr.com. I for one am one, only problem is that you may never be able to tell if they are Nigerians.
