When I convert a 3GP video to DVD format using the total video coverter, the video becomes not clear when enlarged. What do I do to make my videos I convert be as clear as the original 3gp videos?

if the video is made with a 1.3 mega pixel cam or cheap phone cam (low pixel definition) then you wont be able to get a clear picture when enlarging it.

its all about the pixel definition of the cam you take the pic with.

It wasnt a pic I took with my phone. its a 3gp video I downloaded from vuclip.com with a laptop, at least the laptop wud have a good mega pixel, wont it?

yes it should, is the quality of the video on that clip before conversion perfect? is the video file size the same BEFORE and AFTER conversion?
i think the problem is in the converter. . . . . . there are settings on the converter that would let you choose the output  video quality.
it might also be that the output video was in a different format. WMV, AVI, QUICKTIME, FLV etc

try to download another converter(there are tons of free ones out there) and you problem should be solved.

You can try format factory software, but why do you need to convert? can't you just play it like that or you need to upload to a device?

Dude d video resolution of 3gp videos is very small. Like 320x240 pixels thereabouts or smaller, while u screen resolution is lyk minimum 800x600. Hw d thing wan clear? 2 see try reducing d size of ur window 2 d size of a phone screen n see hw clear it gets.

The 3gp were made for phones n d like, not 4 wide screen dvds, moreova am sure u noticed d reduced size bec of compression!

That the best answer you could possibly get. try reducing your screen to match that of your phone and then you"ll be fine. if you"ll trying enlarging it wont work, because of several reasons.
