In the Name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, Peace and Blessings be upon the Seal of the Prophets and Messengers. Herewith is an open letter to ‘Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi, and to the fighters and followers of the self-declared 'Islamic State.' A shorter version of this letter was originally circulated.
