Same happened to me... My airtime was deducted yet I couldn't use the 1.5G.I call customer care and they were telling me stories
Airtel should just go back to the #100 for 1hr unlimited,that is ok for Nigerians.

For me I exhausted my 1.5gb but when I tried to resubscribed I got a shocking notification that am not on trybe.

Yes both are night plans
For mtn you have to be on pulse tarrif to join dial *406# and send night to 131 to subscribe for 500mb with #25 usable btw 12-4am
For airtel, you have to be on smarttrybe which you can subscribe to by dialling *312#. Dial the same code after migrating, and select night plans where you have #25 for 500mb and #50 for 1.5gb usable btw 12-5am

I recharged #100 yrsternight and subscribed at 12:02 but it was unsuccessful..
