It's only oral interview with questions from your field and current affairs.

Yes, u can meet up. The interview is conducted for candidates 5-5 per each session. So, if the applicants for ur possition are many, u may still meet up for the interview later than 8.am. Just try to be around early.

dats long way,,, from iyana-Ipaja take ikeja nd drop @ along, cross to d other side nd take alausa secretariat drop at first gate... Walk d road straight down, you will find an express road at end,,, cross d express to d other side you will see magodo gate.. Take #50 bus from d gate to PSSDC

If u're in Lagos, u might risk going there with ur original credentials (not statemet of result) to confirm if you were shortlisted.
