I got this off his Facebook page. What do you guys think? Nigeria is too late and diverse for one man to rule. The population has exploded since independence. We need to create at least 6 Regions. Each Region will have a Regional House of one person per state. Each State will not have more than 6 Legislators. There will only be one Federal House with 3 people from each Region . Each Region will manage its own affairs , develop at its own place and concentrate on their own values. Each Region will pay Tax to the Federal Government! Each Region will manage its natural Resources paying tax to the Federal Government.The Federal Government will handle the Military, Foreign Affairs and the Justice System.
