Summary:

The main purpose of this role is to improve business revenues through proper channelling of sales effort; brand awareness creation and effective customer engagement.

Your major responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients; building and maintaining business relationships with clients in order to achieve sales target
- You will be responsible for responding to customers’ questions, requests & complaints both physically and online (Twitter, blogs, Instagram and Facebook)
- You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, utilizing social media platforms in order to reach target audience.
- Carrying out promotional activities is core to your role and you will also be responsible for providing sales reports.

- You should have a B.Sc. degree in any relevant discipline with a previous sales and marketing experience.
- Reporting on Social Media Analytics is key and you must be able to develop content that would attract and engage target audience.
- You also should be able to use Microsoft Office tools, possess excellent communication skills and very flexible.
