In May, Hyundai expanded its Apple CarPlay and Android Auto availability by way of a user-installed update. Now it’s Kia’s turn, with multiple Kia vehicles becoming compatible with the phone systems. By the end of this month, Kia will send instructions to owners via email on how to download and install the update, without the assistance of a dealership.
