Action Against Hunger has raised alarm over the humanitarian emergency in the north east of Nigeria with more than 600, 000 children suffering from malnutrition in IDPs' camps. There are more than two million people displaced by the Boko Haram war. Former President Goodluck Jonathan's government raised more than N58 billion at a fund raising event for victims of Boko Haram in 2014. But there are no records of how the money was spent before he lost his bid for a second term in the 2015 presidential election. This is evil! Government should order the customs to release all food items seized so that the children can eat.I feel sad about this. |

But PMB should declare humanitarian emergency in Borno before it is too late. Some of the Presidential Jets should be sold. The billions of naira allocated to the State House for feeding should be used for emergency food supplies to the IDPs. |
