Duties involve:
• Market research on new and existing schemes
• Marketing strategy on projects
• Preparation of offer letters and supporting documents
• Liaise with Estate agents
• Handling general enquiries
• Brochure production & proof reading
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and reports
• Liaison with property marketing providers
• Assist existing team members with general office duties
