The office of the Independent National Electoral Commis­sion in Bori, headquarters of Khana local government area of River State in the early hours of Friday was razed down by un­known gunmen. According to the source, at about 1: 30am on Fri­day morning, they heard a very loud sound, suspected to be dy­namite from the INEC office, stressing that at the time of the incident no security presence was seen and no life was lost.
