I've never been to court for a case or whatever and I seriously don't pray to be there even as a complainant.
I am still wondering where the hefty fines and bail money end up.

Let's say Mr A was arrested for damaging Mr B's property and he ended being granted a bail will the money be given to Mr B or it ends up with the Police? How about in law court?

I think it's the right of every citizen who wants to know to get informed we can't just be hearing hefty fines and all that without an idea what happens with these fines are paid.

BAIL monney is a little different in that it is an amount of money or sometimes assets you deposit to the court to guarantee your re-appearance in court for further legislation, it is meant to be given back once court proceedings ends but in today world, Bail money is NEVER refundable even in the US, it's not refundable, but you can get back other sureties and assets.

So, I hope you know that bail is not a fine. I mean, it is not used as a punishment to someone. Its purpose it to ensure that defendants will appear for trial and further hearings. As far as I know, the bail has to be returned to defendants, but I'm not sure whether this thing is being respected or not. I've heard that in some states you have to pay 10% of bail, while in other regions people simply don't receive their money back.
