I have an Acer Aspire 4920 SE laptop. I am using Vista Ultimate x86, and the hard drive format in bios is IDE. Someone told me to install Vista on SATA mode, so it works better. But once I installed XP so that I had to change from SATA to IDE. Then I installed Vista on IDE format. Vista is working fine here. Except problems with connecting an LCD. Next time if I format, should I change the mode to SATA or I'll keep IDE?
