My brother, employers just exploit people because of the situation of the country.
I even saw 25k as a monthly salary, after dedicating your time, pay transportation and feeding, a fellow human will pay 25k, or 30k for a whopping 30 days that makes up a month. This is not far from exploitation, rip-off, swindle, scam, fraud and wicked.
