Where did you get this ridiculous idea from that the original plan was a narrow gauge?... Who builds a narrow gauge in the 21st century and calls it "Railway Modernisation Plan"?... Why would a standard gauge rail be built from Ajaokuta to Warri as part of the modernisation plan, and then you claim a narrow gauge was planned for Abuja-Kaduna?
